I have no idea if that’s a real GT500 but it looked cool as hell and that’s what matters.
Probably my favorite out of the ones that were on display

On that 67 GT500, it looks like a real one with the show board of all the paperwork on it. Based on the driving light configuration its an early 67. Shelby moved them farther apart later in the model year.
